- 1 cod fillets, 6 oz each
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- coarse salt
- black pepper
Instructions

Oven to 400F. Pat cod dry.

Place fillets in a baking dish. Pour melted butter over each piece.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bake 12-15 minutes depending on thickness. The fish is done when it flakes easily and reads 140F internal.

Serve with the melted butter from the dish spooned over.
