- 0.17 lb ground pork
- 0.33 tbsp tallow or beef fat
- 0.33 tbsp chili powder
- 0.17 tbsp cumin
- 0.17 tbsp paprika
- 0.17 tsp garlic powder
- 0.17 tsp onion powder
- 0.33 tsp coarse salt
- 0.33 cups beef bone broth

Heat tallow in a dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Brown the ground beef and pork, breaking it up, 8-10 minutes. Drain excess liquid but keep the fat.

Add the spices. Toast 60 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in bone broth. Scrape the pan to lift the fond.

Simmer uncovered 45-60 minutes until thick and the flavors meld. Stir occasionally.

Taste for salt. Serve with a spoonful of sour cream or shredded cheddar if your tier allows.
