- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- coarse salt

Skillet on medium-high. Brown the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt.

Push the beef to one side. Add butter to the empty side.

Crack eggs into the butter. Fry to your liking. Sunny-side or over-easy works best.

Plate the beef. Slide eggs on top.

Season the eggs with salt. Break the yolks so they coat the beef.
