- 0.5 lb beef chuck roast
- 0.17 tbsp coarse salt
- 0.17 cup beef bone broth (Water works if you do not have broth)

Salt the chuck all over, rubbing it in.

Place in slow cooker. Pour broth around the roast, not over it.

Cover. Low for 8 hours or high for 5.

Roast is done when internal temp reads 200-205F and a fork shreds it with zero resistance.

Shred in the pot. Stir with the cooking liquid for max flavor.
